SBA List Unveils New Candidate Website for 2008

Washington – Today the Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund, a national pro-life Political Action Committee, officially launched its online 2008 campaign efforts with the unveiling of a new website to highlight pro-life candidates.

The website, www.sba-listcf.org, allows Susan B. Anthony List members to bundle contributions for pro-life Congressional candidates, access political updates about key Congressional races, register to vote and engage in pro-life advocacy efforts.

Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund President Marjorie Dannenfelser commented on the launch of the new website: “Our new Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund website will harness the power of the internet to expand the impact of pro-life citizens in the 2008 elections.  Susan B. Anthony List members will learn about today’s pro-life leaders – dedicated men and women – who need our support more than ever to return to the halls of Congress.” The website will highlight pro-life women candidates for Congress, as well as pro-life women candidates for statewide office.  It will also include pro-life men challenged by women who favor of abortion rights.

“Our nation needs legislators so close to the will of the people that they push pro-life legislation at every opportunity.  Susan B. Anthony List members are ready to support the pro-life candidates who will make that happen,” said Dannenfelser.  “The consequences of disengagement are dire.  The lives of women and their unborn babies are on the line, and the Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund is ready to defend them at the ballot box.”

The Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund website is one of several election efforts planned for 2008.  Last month, pro-life women activists from around the nation came to Washington, D.C. for political and grassroots training at the annual Real Women’s Voices training day sponsored by the Susan B. Anthony List.  The Susan B. Anthony List also coordinates extensive voter education and mobilization programs which serve to highlight the Life issue in public and political discourse.

The Susan B. Anthony List Candidate Fund will announce its first round of endorsed candidates for the 2008 cycle next Monday, November 19th.

The Susan B. Anthony List is a nationwide network of Americans, over 142,000 residing in all 50 states, dedicated to mobilizing, advancing, and representing pro-life women in politics.  Its connected Candidate Fund increases the percentage of pro-life women in the political process.

I have yet to see someone or some organized group of Christians walk in and say we must follow the Commandments of God as written in the scriptures or face dire consequences of our actions of obstinately going against what is good.  Namely not heeding our Creator who knows what is is best.  Like the old tv program  'Father Knows Best'.  Because he does know what is best.  That is to love God and your neighbor. Amen

But man being man and stubborn and self-regarding for power and lusts will never see the light until it is too late.  In the name of Justice not human regality wise Justice but true Justice.  Wisdom 8:1-end.

Peace

Re: BHokuto's post:

"...Commandments of God as written in the scriptures..."

May we presume you mean the two great Laws identified by Jesus in the NT?

Pouliot,

Haven't heard from you in a while.  All of them-- 10 and the two for short versions.
10 are need first in order to understand the two.

I must be more discrete and to the point, A Catholic person or backed by the Full blessings
of the Church group, in either choices, must be fully blessed by the Church and they must heed
God, God fearing, resilient, bold, meek, holy, committed to Eternity.

Peace
