God loves you .
. . . id est -
- to personally mark a given topic to make sure one returns to it -
- such as I must do with the gentle krish about the soul's topic - 'religion'
('This guy wants so much, we'll have to bring in help - can he be charged somehow?')

Maybe it's just my obtuseness but I only have a glimmer of an idea about what you envision. How about a simulated example?

God loves you .
1. As I have at 'religion', I ask la krish to give personal reason for staying Catholic, if Catholic he/she is . . .
2. And, further, I promise to respond with like reasoning for myself.
3. I hit the button that says 'flag for personal recall' before I post - yes, it doesn't exist - that I am reminded to stop at this topic most regularly to see if I have krish's response, that I may respond as promised. Such button may just post that envelope thingee in the topic list in a different color just for little old me.
? - a kind of painless, bloodless flagellation - ;) ?

Now I grasp it. I thought it might be a good idea when I first read it, but I wasn't certain what you were driving at.
I'm not technically skilled enough to know if it is possible exactly as you describe it, but maybe the support team will come up with an alternative if it isn't; e.g. say pushing the post to the top of your list when you check your recent posts.
