And what does THAT mean and how can I cause it?
I can take a stab at the first...
my SQL Admin
as in "my"
and SQL is the query language
and Admin is Administrator
flush-hosts?
Now that one leaves too many humorous images. :-)

Sorry, but I have never used the CE email, so I know nothing about it.
Is it still continuing? I will try to ping someone that can do something about it if it is.

CE Email is a different adventure every time I try to enter it - Maybe we can 'flush' out the 'hosts' - aka techies - to make it less adventuresome.
